Lhasa has still a lot to offer, despite heavy Chinese influence. This is a very challenging trip that requires good physical fitness level and a spirit of adventures. Road conditions and facilities en route are very poor. You will have to be flexible, hang loose and be prepared for the unexpected. But the journey is fascinatingly beautiful. You will enjoy the views of overwhelming nature, mountains, interact with the locals and understand their culture, traditions and religions.
